Destination Retreats for Leaders and Leadership Teams

Erin Owen has led many retreats to Bali in Indonesia over the years and offers a destination-based retreat format for groups of leaders seeking to reinvent their roles, careers and ways of working. These retreats are customized for leaders inside organizations experiencing significant changes (merger, acquisition, divestitures, reorganization, etc), partners in private companies, and self-organized groups of leaders from diverse organizations.

For domestic weekend and 2-3 day retreats, the investment begins at US $5,000 per participant (not including lodging, food or travel). International “long weekend”, 5-7 day and 10-14 day retreats begin at US $7,000 per participant (not including lodging, food or travel).
