3: Give Me 24 Business Hours to Look Over Your Application
I’ll take time to research your LinkedIn profile and online presence. Then, in less than 24 hours, you will be notified whether or not your application was approved.

Why do I ask you to apply?
I recognize that my approach to exec-level career reinvention is quite unique and that clients who benefit most from this approach are high-performing, seasoned, empowered, curious, and full of integrity. You’re also busy. Replying to a handful of critical questions will help us both assess if investing the time in this coaching session is the right choice. Please share your own expectations here as well. I’ll then contact you within 24 business hours to confirm receipt of your application or refer you to other (perhaps more fitting) resources.


Priority is given to mid- and senior-level leaders and business owners who meet the following criteria:


  • you’re actively looking to hire an executive coach to support you through your career exploration and reinvention
  • you are not yet clear about what you want to do next in your career
  • if you are already “in transition” between gigs, you still have at least 2-3 months to engage in the coaching work and are not in desperation mode
  • you are ready, willing AND able to invest in a coaching solution, if it’s the absolute right fit for you
