In this coaching session, here’s what we’ll do:
- Clarify what brought you to contact me, including what you most identified with in the description of the Exec Career Reinvention program.
- Uncover any hidden mindset obstacles that may be holding you back from initiating the reinvention of your career
- Assess your readiness to begin exploring what’s next in your career
- Outline a plan of action for kick-starting your career reinvention, in a format and at a pace that meets your needs, aligns with your values, and leverages your strengths.
- If I think we are a great fit to partner with you, and that we can absolutely get you where you want to go, then we’ll also confirm whether the group program or private coaching approach is best for you. Let’s get you out of neutral and into gear!
- Normally, I charge $500 for this time. For qualified applicants, however, I invest this time to assess if your career reinvention needs align with what we can provide — and also to make sure this is the right time for you to begin exploring what’s next. If the details of your application suggest we may not be the right fit, I may still offer suggested alternatives so you have the resources you need to move forward.
