Leader Network DiagnosticTM (LND) was created by Phil Willburn, formerly with the Center for Creative Leadership. The LND is offered and facilitated by Donna Chrobot-Mason, Director of the Center for Organizational Leadership at the University of Cincinnati, a certified LND expert.
Our approach also draws from Stew Friedman’s Total LeadershipTM program, specifically the Stakeholder dialogue tool and optional Four Way View assessment. Erin Owen is certified as a Total Leadership program facilitator and coach who has worked personally with Stew for more than 10 years to deliver this content to leaders in numerous industries and countries.
